Ron España

Ron has over 30 years of experience in Project Construction Management and Facilities Management. His primary experiences are in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, semiconductor equipment manufacturer, and mission critical facilities.


As a Project Manager, his proven track record consists of productivity by providing quality management services, facilitating ease of access to services through proactive communication, process development, and optimizing corporate infrastructure.


In his career, he has managed over 1B square feet of newly constructed and tenant improvement spaces, and has also been responsible for administering large and small capital projects. As a facilities professional he has done program and portfolio management for critical facilities including data centers, call centers,emergency operations centers, electrical grid control centers, and corporate campuses.

He has developed processes to implement best practices with a reputation for setting priorities, reorganizing efforts, and surpassing goals in corporate real estate, information technology, telecommunications, security, maintenance, engineering, commissioning, validation, quality systems, space planning, construction, environmental health and safety (EH&S), and project management.

Annamaria Cerros

Annamaria has over 30 years of experience in Facilities Management and Maintenance services while working in Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical and Technology industries.  Her experience has allowed her to perfect setting up Facilities departments to include all aspects of services. These services range from soft services and mechanical maintenance to implement work order processes and help desks while cultivating a customer service-oriented atmosphere.

As a Project Manager her experience has allowed her to bring fruition to facilities projects that may arise to keep sites operational in dynamic environments. She has supported team's performance metrics that include maintenance schedule performance, adherence to due date and resource utilization. She records failures and recommends corrections for work deficiencies and monthly KPI scorecards for clients. 

She has implemented many corporate records compliance programs, manifested standardized records, has facilitated and developed processes for records to be dispatched to vendors and audited off-site records for inventory. As a highly experienced Project Manager with extensive expertise in many fields has helped teams across diverse industries. 

Alfred has over 5 years of experience in design and construction level management for projects varying from mission critical research and development centers,tier II and tier III data-centers, service centers, biotechnology and pharmaceutical facilities.


His technical background allows him to be successful in complex mission critical environments and makes him a great candidate for highly diversified and shutdown sensitive projects natural to Silicon Valley.

As a project and facilities management professional, He has developed and implemented capital improvement and upkeep programs for corporate campuses and large service territories.


In addition to his role as project manager, Alfred also oversees the day to day operations for the Epicus Group Project management team, monitoring our performance with clients, employee development, and tracking labor hours.


Alfred received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
